What this site collects
Nothing on its own. There is no form, no sign-up, no login and no cart. If you write to us by email, we then process what you sent: name, email address, organisation and the content of the message.
What we use it for
Only to answer your contact and to carry on the conversation it started. We do not use your address for mass mailing and we do not build behavioural profiles.
Legal basis
We process contact data on the basis of the legitimate interest in replying to whoever reaches out and, where applicable, the performance of preliminary steps towards a contract, under Brazilian Law 13.709/2018.
Who we share with
With the email and hosting providers that operate the infrastructure, only as far as the service requires. We do not sell, rent or hand over anyone’s data for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep the exchange while the matter is active and for the applicable legal period after that. You can ask for deletion earlier.
Your rights
You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation, portability or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent where consent is the basis. We reply through the same channel.
Products are separate
Ziageo and PlanoQuita have their own policies, because they process data this site does not. This policy covers the institutional pages only.
